noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15 minutes, currently live across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
What you'll do:
In this role as a Social Media Marketing Executive,
you will craft and execute dynamic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with our audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
2. Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, videos, and stories, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
3. Influencer Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to promote noon Minutes’ products and services.
4. Events: Identify and create relevant events that enhance awareness of noon Minutes and its offerings.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
What you'll need:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
3. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
6. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
