Our client is looking to hire a Technical Manager (Infrastructure) to be based in Ras Al Khaimah.
Role: Technical Manager
Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Client: Government Administration
Employment Duration: Minimum 12 months contract extendable
Technical Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction related technical/business field.
2. 3 to 5 years of related construction phase experience is required.
3. 10 years of related construction phase experience is required, with 5+ years of related project management experience on related projects.
4. Incumbents should have a broad general technical and business background.
5. Must have the ability to manage projects,
interface with clients and be technically hands-on in the project.
6. Should be involved when required in the designs on the project.
7. Capability in scheduling using Primavera P6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects with well-ordered and logical sequence.
8. Proven leadership capability.
