Job Title: Female Massage Therapist – Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
Our client is looking to hire a full-time in-house Female Massage Therapist to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Remote work is not accepted.
Salary: 3,5K AED /month + commissions (20 AED per newly onboarded customer) + 2 complementary spa treatments per month (up to the candidate’s choice)
(work visa + health insurance to be provided by the company).

Position Overview:
As a Female Massage Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional massage therapy services and contributing to the overall well-being of our clients. You will be responsible for delivering various massage techniques and body treatments, ensuring a blissful and tranquil experience for our guests. Your expertise, professionalism, and caring nature will help create an unforgettable spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Massage and Body Treatments:
– Perform a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and traditional Moroccan techniques.
– Administer body treatments such as exfoliation, wraps, and rejuvenating rituals,
adhering to the spa’s protocols and standards.
– Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
2.Client Consultation and Comfort:
– Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ specific concerns, medical histories, and treatment preferences.
– Create a comfortable and welcoming environment, ensuring clients feel at ease and relaxed during their spa sessions.
3. Hygiene and Wellness:
– Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment.
– Educate clients about the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate wellness practices.
4. Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about spa products, oils, and skincare items used during treatments.
– Recommend suitable products to enhance clients’ at-home relaxation and self-care routines.
5. Professionalism and Customer Service:
– Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
– Uphold the spa’s reputation for excellence, encouraging repeat business and positive referrals.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a Moroccan spa or wellness center.
– Proficiency in various massage techniques and body treatments.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
– Valid certification or license in massage therapy.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
