You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Engineering is responsible for various repair and maintenance tasks within the hotel premises, including:
1. Building structure
2. Mechanical and electrical systems
3. HVAC
4. Other equipment
Knowledge of Building Management System/GRMS and Fire Alarm Systems is essential.
Qualifications
Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering, with a minimum of 2 years work experience as an engineer in a hotel or in a similar large building/complex with a central plant. Good communication and organizational skills.
