* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth.

* Train, mentor, and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve skills and productivity.

* Oversee daily operations of the sales team, including monitoring performance metrics and managing client relationships.

* Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.







* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements :

Proven track record in UAE REAL ESTATE sales with experience leading a team.

Strong skills in motivating and managing a sales team.

Strong personality with great communication skills.

Knowledgeable in sales strategies and techniques specific to real estate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.

Experience in training and developing team members.

Effective at managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Commitment to high levels of client satisfaction.







Proficient with real estate CRM and sales software.

Understanding of UAE real estate laws and standards.
