MEP Supervisor

We are seeking a highly capable and organized Facility Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, managing personnel, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring a high standard of facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the overall maintenance and operations of the facility, including high-rise buildings.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance and support staff, including housekeeping technicians and security personnel.
- Assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.






- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations involving MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil systems.
- Ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained, addressing issues promptly.
- Ensure the facility complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Stay informed about contract validation and perform proper follow-up.
- Serve as the point of contact for tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure services meet quality standards.
- Update and implement emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Coordinate responses to emergencies or incidents within the facility.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and incidents.
- Generate reports for management and regulatory agencies as required
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.






- Familiarity with facility management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with tenants, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve facility-related issues efficiently.
- Effective organization and multitasking skills to manage a facility's diverse responsibilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and emergencies.
