: Business Development Executive (Female, Arabic Speaking) - Home Health Care Service.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Female) to join our health care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving health care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the health care sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health care providers, clients, and partners.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote our health care services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business development inquiries and negotiations.
Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Participate in health care events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the health care industry.
- Strong understanding of the health care market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
