Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant at Jumeira Real Estate, you will provide consulting services to clients, communicate effectively with customers, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales in the real estate industry. This role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
A regular day at Jumeira Real Estate
- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
- Lead generation by way of outbound calling to sellers/landlords
- Networking in your designated communities
- Conduct market appraisals, promote and monitor your properties
- Scheduling Photoshoots and Virtual Tours
- Create social media content related to your area and properties
- Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the Dubai market (commercial or residential)
- RERA license is a plus
- Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Confident in presentation delivery
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Team player
- Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients (weekends, as required)
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
