We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Advisor to join our team. The Admission Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth by effectively promoting and selling our educational programs to prospective students. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career aspirations.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect Engagement: Initiate and maintain proactive communication with prospective students through various channels including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations.
2. Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of methods such as cold calling, networking events,





referrals, and online outreach to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential students.
3. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative sales discussions with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and challenges, and recommend suitable program options.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our educational programs, curriculum offerings, admission requirements, and value propositions to effectively communicate key selling points and benefits to prospective students.
5. Application Support: Guide prospective students through the application process, providing assistance with document submission, deadlines, and application fees, and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
6. Objection Handling: Address and overcome objections, concerns, and questions raised by prospective students regarding program offerings, admissions criteria, tuition costs, financial aid options, and career outcomes.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and revenue goals through proactive sales activities, effective lead management, and conversion strategies.
8. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, provide additional information, answer questions, and facilitate enrollment decisions.
9. Relationship Building: Build strong rapport and trust with prospective students to establish long-lasting relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
10. CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of all interactions with prospective students, application statuses, and enrollment outcomes in CRM or sales management systems.
11. Collaboration:





Collaborate closely with admissions team members, academic departments, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
12. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices through ongoing training, professional development, and feedback mechanisms to enhance sales effectiveness and performance.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or related industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and information clearly and persuasively.
4.





Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals effectively.
5. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
6. Results-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or sales management systems.
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events and activities.
9.





Previous experience in admissions, education, or student services is a plus.
