Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at TELVIO TRADING LLC in Dubai. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in sales or account management
- Experience in the trading or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
