**Job Title**:Marketing Manager (European Language Speaker)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our flower shop and increase sales.
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss marketing strategies, proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Identify target markets and segments,





and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach them.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including event planners, wedding coordinators, and corporate partners.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as flower showcases and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present our products and services accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the floral industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.






- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Creative thinker with a passion for flowers, events, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing software and tools.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional fluency in European Language is a plus!
