**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage paperwork related to real estate transactions, including contracts, disclosures, and other documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating property showings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales and referrals.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys.
- Utilize social media and other marketing strategies to promote listings and increase visibility.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Real estate sales or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and comfortable with technology.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sales acumen.
