**Harmony Medical Group** is looking for a passionate, versatile **GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR** to join our team. As a **GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR**, you will be responsible for maintaining good patient relations & making sure that the patients will have an excellent experience. **Responsibilities**
- Oversee the guest relations team and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Act as the main point of contact for patients and visitors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- and manage patient reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and special arrangements.
- Implement and maintain patient satisfaction programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance patient service skills.
- Handle and resolve escalated patient/guest issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding and addressing concerns as needed.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests/patients
**Requirements and Skills**
**- **Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience As a Guest Relation Supervisor.
- Proven experience in guest relations or a customer service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle guest/patient issues with diplomacy and resolution
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and medical industry standards
- Familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale software
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
