**Your day to day**:

- **Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned bar / dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name.****:
- **Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Assist them to the designated waiting list areas.****:
- **Use visual cues to seat Guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference****:
- **Inform Guest of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.****:
- **Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.****:
- **Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.****:
- **Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.****:
- **Responding to any guest complaints, address the floor supervisor as necessary and help to resolve them.****:
- **Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering reservation and restaurant food & services inquiry.****:
- **Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas,
provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate.****:
- **Tend to special Guest needs and requests.****:
- **Observant to Guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.****:
- **Adhering to sanitation, safety policies.**
**What we need from you**

- **Previous experience working as a host/hostess in a restaurant or bar is required.****:
- **English is required.****:
- **French is an advantage.**
