**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines in collaboration with clients or stakeholders.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, and logistics.

**Budget Management**:

- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints and financial goals are met.

**Vendor Management**:

- Source, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.






- Oversee vendor performance to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.

**On-Site Event Management: Attendee Experience, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotion, Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Supervise all aspects of event execution on-site, including setup, coordination of activities, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure all event staff and vendors are performing their duties effectively and according to plan.
- Ensure a positive attendee experience by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Coordinate registration, check-in, and on-site support services for attendees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards for events.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event promotion strategies and materials.
- Conduct post-event evaluation and analysis, gathering feedback from attendees, clients, and stakeholders.






- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events that exceed client expectations.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends,





and holidays as required by event schedules.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with frequent travel required for site visits, client meetings, and event execution.
