We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping our clients look and feel their best.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage all incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar.
- Assist patients with filling out necessary forms and paperwork.






- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Familiar with DHA policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient experience.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
