**Job Title**: Sales Manager - Interior Decoration

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month + commission

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the interior decoration sector. Your key responsibilities will include:







- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue.
- Acquiring and maintaining customers for interior decoration solutions through direct sales and other channels.
- Qualifying prospects, introducing them to our company, and determining their requirements through various sales channels.
- Conducting on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, assisting in sales prospecting, and attending network events.
- Initiating, preparing, and negotiating proposals with customers for products and services.
- Monitoring established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- UAE sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Outdoor sales experience with established contacts in the fit-out sector, including Consultants, Designers, Architects, Contractors, and other potential clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.






- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Self-motivated with sound work ethics and good judgment.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
