**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms.
- Optimize website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt texts.
- Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- **Google Ads (PPC)**:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic, leads,
and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and develop ad creatives.
- Set up and optimize ad groups, bids, and targeting settings.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve performance.
- **Social Media Ads**:
- Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for social media ads.
- Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media ad campaigns.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including traffic, conversions, CPA, and ROI.
- Use insights from data analysis to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and refine marketing messaging and creative assets.
- Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
- **Stay Updated**:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Stay informed about changes in algorithms and advertising policies on major platforms.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and learning.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with e-commerce and conversion rate optimization.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
