**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, online marketing, and networking events.
- Conduct property tours and provide information to clients on features, benefits, and specifications of each property.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including documentation, contracts, and payments.
- Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up to date on industry trends and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary package and commission structure, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition,
