**Responsibilities**:
As a Community Manager at Synergy University, Dubai, your role is crucial in fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among students,





faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to enhance the university's brand and reputation.
- Manage and grow the university's social media for the community presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to promote university events, achievements, and initiatives with Students, parents, alumni etc.,
- Monitor social media channels for feedback, questions, and concerns, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other university departments to coordinate online and offline events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, alumni, and other stakeholders to amplify the university's message and reach.






- Analyze social media metrics and user engagement data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure the university's social media strategy remains innovative and effective.

- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in English (required) and Russian (required).
