We are a leading real estate agency strategically located in **Downtown Dubai**, specializing in off plan properties and developments. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to clients navigating the dynamic Dubai real estate market. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable **Off plan** **Real Estate Agent** to join our team.

Role Overview:
As an Off plan Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the purchase of off plan properties, utilizing your expertise in the Dubai real estate market. Your role involves building relationships with clients,





understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on property investments. You will work closely with developers and contribute to the growth of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
**Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and investors. Understand their needs and provide tailored advice on off plan properties.

**Market Knowledge**: Stay up to date with the latest trends, market developments, and off plan property offerings in Dubai. Provide clients with accurate and insightful information.

**Property Presentation**: Present off plan properties to clients, including property features, benefits, and investment potential. Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations.

**Negotiation & Closing**: Facilitate negotiations between clients and developers. Assist in the closing process, ensuring all contractual and financial details are managed efficiently.

**Documentation**: Prepare and review property documentation,





ensuring accuracy and compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.

**Networking**: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate professionals and industry stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 2 year of experience in real estate, with a solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market. Developer experience is an advantage.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

**Languages**: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to present professionally and engage effectively with clients and developers.

**Presentation**: Must be well presented and professional at all times.

**Knowledge**:





Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends, legalities, and off plan property processes.

**Week-off**:2 Day week off Saturday and Sunday

**Working**: 5 Days working Monday to Friday
