SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to enhance our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will diagnose and treat various conditions and diseases of the oral and maxillofacial regions, performing intricate surgical procedures to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' oral and facial conditions, determining surgical needs and developing treatment plans.
- Perform a range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to tooth extractions, jaw surgeries, and facial reconstruction.
- Collaborate with dental specialists, physicians,
and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient comfort and recovery.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuous education and training.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- A valid medical license and board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Significant experience performing surgical procedures within this specialty.
- Exceptional patient management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
