**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Perform general entry using SAP / ERP system, on posting and Billing Tax Invoice vs Customers LPO, posting, generates Invoice & Credit Note
- Create financial transactions including posting information to accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier debit notes.
- Generated record and report day to day transactions and completed the posting process.
- Prepares source data for entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters customer and account data.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Create financial transactions, including posting invoices, cash receipts, and supplier debit notes.
- Generated record and report day to day transactions and completed the posting process
- Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain monitoring tools for management.
- Perform other related work assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Masters in Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience working as Admin Assistant or Data Entry Clerk or Related Experience in FMCG
- Experience using SAP and other data entry programs.
