Job description

At Nucleus Exhibitions, we are seeking passionate individuals who align with our vision of becoming the premier contracting partner for local and international entities looking to host events within the GCC region. Under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer/Estimation Manager, the Estimator plays a pivotal role in supporting our Client Services Team by preparing quotations and securing projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Having knowledge on the Exhibitions stands Fabrication and its materials used also the same with the interiors.
- Should have intermediate knowledge of the materials used and its pricing in the market.






- Should have intermediate knowledge on the suppliers available in the market for specific items
- Should be well versed with reading and understanding CAD drawings and 3D designs
- Should have intermediate skills on Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Office etc,,..)
- Analyze and review the use of various materials in fabrication, understanding cost differences and their impact on the final product.
- Evaluate and interpret visuals and drawings provided by the Client Services and Design teams.
- Measure quantities and categorize elements by type.
- Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings/information, including all assumptions and exclusions.
- Price detailed BOQs using our Knowledge Library or collaborating with the fabrication estimator when necessary.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Fabrication teams to devise cost-effective solutions that meet client budgets.
- Ensure all project-specific elements are available and coordinate with the Procurement department as needed.
- Maintain and update Nucleus Exhibitions' costing forms,





templates, and estimation database.
- Efficiently prepare quotations within the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and database management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3-4 years of experience as an Estimator in similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/QS/Arch) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
