As a Business Development Manager for AIMS Home Healthcare, specializing in the hospitality vertical, your primary responsibility will be to identify, Visit, establish, and nurture relationships with hotels to secure contracts and drive revenue growth for our home healthcare services. This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape,
and customer needs to tailor our home healthcare services to meet the specific requirements of hotels.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, including general managers, human resources, and wellness directors.
Act as the main point of contact between AIMS Home Healthcare and the hospitality clients.
**Contract Negotiation and Closure**:
Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value of AIMS Home Healthcare services for hotels.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts.
Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Develop strategies to maximize revenue from each client and ensure long-term partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to hospitality clients.
Provide feedback from clients to improve and enhance AIMS Home Healthcare offerings.
Networking and Industry Events:
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote AIMS Home Healthcare and establish a strong presence in the hospitality sector.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
