Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.
We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated **Sales Executives** with proven sales track records in UAE real estate.
**Job Duties**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve the sales targets
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including legal and financial aspects.
- Manage property viewings, presentations, and negotiation process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads to initiate and close property transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in market regulations, legal requirements, and industry practices.
- Maintain accurate sales records and company targets.
- Network and promote company properties at real estate industry events.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
**Experience**:
- 2 to 5 years of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE & proven sales track records.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends, legal and financial aspects.
**Other Requirements**:
- Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and native Arabic.
- Strong Communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
