Manage and own all aspects of the sales process:
- Offering knowledge: have decent understanding of company offerings.
- Prospecting: actively looking for new potential clients
- Approach: reaching out to potential customers with various techniques
- Qualifying: evaluate the opportunities before taking to the next step
- Proposal Development: develop proposals with assistance from technical and estimation teams.
- The Close: lead the negotiation process and close the deal.
- Follow up: keep in touch with client during execution and even afterward to ensure a better client relationship.
- Be responsible for payment collections.
**Skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales within the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Must be an Arabic Speaker
