Housekeeping Supervisor with Hotel Experience

* Hotel Experience is must.
- Ability to handle a big team ( Public Area - Room Attendant )

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
- Coaching and developing employees
- Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
- Inspection of cleaning apartment on daily basis
- Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
- Proven past experience in house keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role






- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for hotels and luxury apartments
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with opera and Microsoft office.

Pay: From AED1,700.00 per month
