Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and answer their questions.

Proactively engage with existing customers to identify their needs and upsell additional products/services.

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Follow up with leads and prospects through various communication channels to nurture relationships and close sales.

Collaborate with the tele calling sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.







Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.

Assist in the development of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.







A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Languages: English & Hindi required, Arabic would be an added advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
