**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cleaning sector through proactive outreach and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s services.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cleaning industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for outdoor sales and a willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- sales in a CLEANING COMPANY: 1 year (required)
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
