Job Title: Site Manager / Project Coordinator - Interior Fitout and Joinery

**Salary**: AED 3,000 - AED 7,000 (depending on experience)
**Driving License**: Mandatory (Company car provided)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site & Project Coordinator to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:







- Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with site team, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor works and progress on site.
- Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Supervise the quality of work and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Manage the site workforce, ensuring tasks are assigned and executed efficiently.
- Report progress, issues, and solutions to the management team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Handle any on-site issues or emergencies that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager or Project Coordinator in the **interior fitout and joinery industry.**:

- Strong knowledge of **construction processes, materials**, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.






- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **UAE Driving License is mandatory.**

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Interior Fitout Industry: 4 years (required)
- Joinery Factory work: 3 years (required)

Expected Start Date: 15/08/2024
