**Job Summary**:
The _**Tourism and Travel Operations Coordinator**_ will manage the daily operations of Adventure Escape Tourism LLC, new company, ensuring the seamless execution of inbound and outbound tours, customer service excellence, and collaboration with travel partners. The role involves handling client bookings, creating itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing tour logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Manage day-to-day tour operations, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and other services.






- Oversee the execution of tour programs, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport services, and guides to ensure smooth operations.
- **Itinerary Planning & Customization**:

- Create detailed itineraries based on customer preferences, budgets, and availability.
- Update tour packages and services in response to client feedback, industry trends, and market demand.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and client details in the company’s travel management system.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and financial statements related to tour operations.
- Monitor inventory for necessary materials, such as brochures and promotional materials.
- **Vendor and Partner Relations**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to optimize costs with General Manager.






- **Marketing & Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote tours and travel packages.
- Assist in the creation of promotional content for social media and website channels.
- Attend trade fairs and travel events to promote Adventure Escape Tourism LLC if needed.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all tours and travel activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and implement emergency response plans and ensure that staff and clients are informed of safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.**:

- **Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in tourism operations, travel coordination,





or a similar role.**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software.
- **Knowledge of the UAE and international travel regulations and destinations is must!**

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
