**Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Tourism and Travel**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations to clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings.






- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing input on promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Sell our products to the clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry.**:

- **Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.**:

- **Strong organizational and multitasking skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:







- **Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail.**:

- **Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and guidelines.**:

- **Getting new customers and selling our products**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience working in a tourism company IS MUST!**:

- **Fluency in English language**:

- **Arabic Language is plus**:

- **Familiarity with the UAE tourism market and Global Tourism market is must.**

**What is plus**:

- Own visa
- Driving license

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
