**Key Responsibilities**

Sales Strategy Development
- Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outdoor advertising sector.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Outdoor Media Expertise
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various outdoor media platforms, including billboards, transit advertising,





and other outdoor advertising channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge advertising solutions.

Media Production Services
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the seamless execution of media campaigns.
- Oversee the production process to meet quality standards and client expectations.

Signboard Manufacturing
- Work closely with signboard manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality signage solutions.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of signboards according to client specifications.

Sales Presentations and Proposals
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value of outdoor advertising solutions.
- Present proposals to clients and address inquiries to secure new business.

Budget Management
- Manage and optimize the sales budget to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**






- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 8 to 12+ years in media sales, with a focus on outdoor advertising.
- Strong understanding of outdoor media, media production services, and signboard manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Dubai market and outdoor advertising regulations.
