**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Van Salesman responsible for selling and delivering our tea products to customers UAE areas using a company van. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, acquiring new customers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. The Van Salesman will represent the company’s brand positively and effectively manage inventory within the van.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the company van to assigned routes and visit customers to sell products.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals following company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and build strong,





long-lasting customer relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate customer visits to optimize time and increase sales.
- Monitor and track sales performance and customer feedback to improve service.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, expense reports, and other required documentation.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments as required.
- Update customer information and sales records in the company’s database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**Van Salesman Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a van salesman.
- Must have experience selling Dry food such as Tea & Coffee.
- Have good relationships with customers from Restaurants and Grocery.
- Must have experience in Grocery, Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (Horeca)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
- Extensive experience in identifying new customers and negotiating deals.






- Ability to assume responsibility for the delivery van and the products.
- Experience in record keeping and managing sales contracts.
- Can join immediately.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales tracking and Zoho software.
- **License**:

- A valid manual driving license is required.
