**Position**: Student Affairs Officer
**Institute**: IBTE Institute
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic, personal, and career-related matters.
- Coordinate and implement student orientation programs, workshops, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of student policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to enhance student services and resources.
- Manage student records, including enrollment, attendance, and academic performance.
- Oversee student clubs, organizations,
and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor and address student discipline issues in accordance with institute policies.
- Support the organization of graduation ceremonies, student awards, and other significant events.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive campus environment for all students.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs, academic advising, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of student development theories and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
- A commitment to fostering student success and well-being.
- Experience working in a multicultural educational environment is an advantage.

Pay: AED140.00 - AED200.00 per hour
