**Job Qualification**:
- University Degree - Accounting, Economics or related area of Study
- Fully qualified CA, ACCA, CPA
- 3 years experience in big 4 CA firm
- Excellent analytical and audit skills
- Knowledge of basic computer software packages
- Ability to work under tremendous pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced report-writing and presentation skills
- Risk Analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detailed understanding of the role and functions of the Audit Dept
- Good personal judgment, initiative, creativity and maturity
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities,
and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate
- Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation
- Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
- Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies
- Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends
- Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires
- Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures
- Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and finding
- Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees
- Complies with federal, state, and local security legal requirements by studying existing and new security legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions
**Experience**:
- Big 4: 3 years (preferred)
