- Must have significant experience working in Dubai's facility management sector.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s market dynamics and customer base.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Fluent in English
