Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Officer - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi.





The role will include day-to-day tasks such as job description development, hiring, interviewing, and recruiting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in job description development and hiring
- Experience in interviewing and recruiting
- Fluency in Arabic & English is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
