**Role Overview**: The Sales Representative & Customer Service role is responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Duties**:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Customer Service Duties**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and returns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively support customers.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to drive improvements.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill special requests.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or any other language is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
