**Contract Details**:

- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Jabal Ali, transport provided from different pickup points in UAE
- Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM Mon - Fri
- Compensation: 5,000 - 6,000 AED
- Benefits: Lunch & Transport (pickup point) included
- Own Visa (preferred)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate the implementation of E-Procurement systems, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor E-Procurement solutions to meet organizational needs.






- Utilize hands-on experience in procurement within an industrial/manufacturing environment to provide insights and best practices during system implementation.
- Oversee material master cleansing projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for procurement processes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide training and support to end-users on E-Procurement systems and processes.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Utilize expertise in ERP SAP to integrate E-Procurement systems with existing ERP systems and troubleshoot any integration issues.
- Utilize IT tools, analytic tools, database management, MS Excel, and Power BI to analyze procurement data and generate actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology,





or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in procurement within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in material master cleansing projects is required.
- Experience in implementing or using E-Procurement systems such as JAGGAER, COUPA, or ARIBA.
- Project management experience with a demonstrated track record of successful project implementations in supply chain software.
- Proficiency in ERP SAP is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in IT tools, analytic tools, database management, MS Excel, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.






- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
