1. Prepare accurate and detailed joinery shop drawings for various projects.
2. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure all drawings meet project specifications.
3. Review and interpret design briefs and technical drawings.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
5. Modify and update existing drawings as required.
6. Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
7. Preparing Shop Drawings and As-built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
8. Ability to raise queries to the Project Consultant/Client for clarification and understanding and then incorporate the same in the detailed Joinery Drawing.
9.
Writing related technical documents such as material lists and cost estimates
10. Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates
11. Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications
12. Extensive working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, to be able to prepare technical drawings efficiently
13. Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals
14. Time management skills to work with multiple projects and competing deadlines
15. Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and number of materials needed.
16. Communicating with designers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
17. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
18. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
19. Performs other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
**Requirements**:
1.
At least 4-5 years of experience in UAE from a well-established joinery company
2. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in drafting, engineering, or a relevant field.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD software, 3D modeling tools or similar drafting software.
4. Strong understanding of joinery and woodworking techniques.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
