**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and advantages of our offerings.
- **Negotiation**: Handle negotiations and close deals to secure new business and meet sales objectives.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in Leisure Industry
- Additional sales certifications or training.
