**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a talented individual who excels in both social media management and copywriting to oversee our company's social media presence and create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that reflect the brand's personality and values.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions,





and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, and recommend strategies for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by fostering positive relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders in the online community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for various platforms and audiences.






- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends, digital technologies, and social media platforms.

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
