**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient office management.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Accompany the Managing Director on business trips, providing support as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to travel as required.
