**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee all nursing activities within the aesthetic dermatology department.
- Assist dermatologists and other healthcare providers with aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers).
- Assess patients' skincare needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients about skincare products and procedures, including pre
- and post-procedure care.
- Manage the inventory of skincare products and medical supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Train and supervise nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses,
and medical assistants.
- Participate in staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in aesthetic dermatology treatments and techniques.

**Experience**:
- Aesthetic Derma: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
