**Job Title**: Lead Generation Digital Marketer - Real Estate
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation Strategy**:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, particularly for the real estate sector.
- Identify and target relevant audiences, optimizing marketing efforts to attract qualified leads for real estate properties.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
2. **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance,
adjust strategies to improve lead quality, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to target audiences.
3. **Content Creation & Optimization**:
- Work with content creators to produce engaging content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, videos) that resonates with potential property buyers/renters.
- Manage landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for lead conversion with strong CTAs and clear property information.
4. **Data-Driven Analysis**:
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall lead quality.
- Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements and improve performance.
5. **CRM & Lead Nurturing**:
- Create effective lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into property buyers/renters.
6. **Market Research**:
- Conduct research on real estate market trends, competitor strategies,
and consumer behavior to inform digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to drive lead generation in both primary and secondary markets.
7. **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure that leads are transferred seamlessly and that feedback is provided on lead quality.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to improve user experience on digital channels.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, PPC, and other online advertising platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in a real estate agency or property development company.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot (lead generation).
