**Job Title**: Real Estate Team Leader
**Responsibilities**
Sell off plan and secondary properties to clients.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities.
Build and maintain relationship with the clients to understand their need and preferences.
Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trend and developments.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sale.
**Qualifications**
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales target.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in real estate
