About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing travel and tourism company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our hotel booking B2B sales team. Our company offers a wide range of travel services, including hotel bookings, flights, packages, and more, to businesses and travel agents.
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives focused on hotel booking B2B sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Negotiate contracts with hotels and other suppliers
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales and marketing efforts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel booking B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and technology
