**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Sales**:
- Generate new leads and convert opportunities to support business growth goals and meet sales targets.
- Handle all client communications promptly, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and proposals.
- Develop solutions aligned with client needs to close deals and exceed sales expectations.
**2. Market Expansion**:
- Strategize and execute market penetration within the UAE and broader GCC region for Interiors and Fit-out services.
- Utilize your network and industry associations to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Represent Ter Spaces at relevant industry events to enhance market visibility and brand reputation.
**3. Project Acquisition**:
- Identify and secure high-value design and fit-out projects across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Maintain deep knowledge of key accounts to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to tenders with high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
**4. Client Relationship Management**:
- Work closely with internal design and execution teams to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to negotiate and finalize client agreements.
**5. Key Account Management**:
- Build and sustain lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- 3-6 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, particularly in the Interior Design and Fit-out sectors (commercial, residential, retail, hospitality).
- Extensive networking experience within the Retail, Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE regions.
**Skills**:
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid UAE Driving License.
